  When the pharmacy opened, they really cared out about their customers. Since I can only assume they have gotten more and more customers they just don't care about one little customer. I had called in my prescriptions on a Thursday as I was going out of town on Friday. I had my husband go by and get my prescriptions, because I was at work and he was picking me up, before heading out of town. When we got to our destination for the weekend, nice cabin out in the woods at Rough River, I discovered that they only gave my husband one prescription, the one I really could do without, not the one I really needed for my heart. So I called the pharmacy and spoke with the pharmacist on duty at the time, and was told I did not have anymore refills, but wait they did see that there was one on hold, so they would get that filled for me. I lost connection on my phone, out in the woods, and called back, I then spoke Tiffany and I am pretty sure she was also the one that took my order for the prescriptions on Thursday, and I explained my situation to her. She said well she didn't know what I wanted her to do about it, her reasoning was, I should have known I was out of refills, no I had one on hold, well your husband should have known to check for 2 prescriptions, I explained that they had always let me know in the past, she said that was courteous stuff they USED to do, I guess now that they have a lot of staff, they don't have time to treat the customer well. I had to drive into town, 30 minutes one way, to the local Walmart, that she called out of the goodness of heart, because she didn't have to, and wait 45 minutes and drive back 30 minutes, to a cabin that I had only rented for the weekend. That is how they now treat their customers, if I have to micro manage my prescriptions I will just go back to a big chain that is open 24 hours, and is available everywhere I go, because I can be treated like this at one of them.
